Why this site exists

Independent, expert, and kept up to date

The European Innovation Act matters to anyone who develops, procures, finances or protects innovation in Europe — yet the proposal runs to dozens of technical articles. This site exists to make it readable: an accurate, plain-English reading of the text, article by article, with a practitioner’s commentary and the official sources always one click away.

The summaries and analyses are prepared with the assistance of AI tools and reviewed editorially by Anthony Bochon. They are general information about a proposal that may change — not legal advice. For advice on your situation, get in touch.
